How it works

  • Complete the SiriusXM Pre-Owned Program online enrollment form authorizing your Preferred Data Source Provider to securely transmit vehicle and customer contact information to SiriusXM
  • Upon successfully enrolling in the program, download the improved Dealer App to pre-activate radios on SiriusXM-equipped vehicles. For best results, launch the app, turn on location services and scan the VIN. See more Radio Activation details hereRadio activation details
  • After we receive the SiriusXM-equipped vehicle sold record, your customer's 3-month trial subscription begins

What happens after I enroll?

  • After we successfully activate your dealership, you will receive a Welcome Kit in the mail within 7–10 days with free SiriusXM materials for your dealership and your customers
  • For SiriusXM-equipped vehicles, use the improved SiriusXM Dealer App to pre-activate the radio to demonstrate SiriusXM during test drives

  • Once enrolled, we will notify your eligible customers of their trial subscription, courtesy of your dealership and SiriusXM

Trial eligibility?

  • For the trial subscription, vehicles must be SiriusXM-equipped and determined eligible by SiriusXM
  • Ineligible customers include those with active or recently active SiriusXM subscriptions or trials
  • Streaming trials require customer email

Program Details

SiriusXM Service Lane Program: Eligible customers will receive a 3-month SiriusXM trial subscription. Trial subscription require vehicle to have an inactive factory-installed satellite radio. Customers with active or recently active subscription service including a trial are not eligible. Eligible customers will receive trial details after their service visit via email or other communication from SiriusXM. Trial subscription terms of service subject to change.
