Program Overview

Similar to what is currently provided to New and Certified Used customers, SiriusXM is extending the 90-Day Dealer Demo Service and Auto-Activated 3-Month Customer Trial to all pre-owned vehicles with factory equipped satellite radio.

This is a great opportunity to seamlessly provide satellite radio trials to every one of your pre-owned vehicle customers who purchase a satellite radio-equipped vehicle - no strings attached!

How it Works

  • You’ll be authorizing SiriusXM to extract your pre-owned vehicle inventory and sales information from your Dealership Management System (DMS).
  • This data will be used to activate the Dealer Demo Service for your vehicle inventory and automatically starting your customers’ complimentary trials.
  • Once we activate your dealership and receive inventory records, we will automatically set up each factory-equipped vehicle with satellite radio on your lot with the 90-Day Dealer Demo Service. All you’ll have to do is activate it!
  • Then, once we receive the vehicle sold record we will start the 3-Month Customer Trial.
  • Your customer will not experience any interruption in service as they transition from Demo Service to the Customer Trial is seamless. It’s that easy!
  • And what’s more, this program is offered at no cost to participating dealerships.
  • As an added benefit of enrolling in the Sirius XM Pre-Owned Program, customers purchasing eligible vehicles up to 30 days prior to enrollment will also be eligible to receive the 3-month trial from SiriusXM.
  • We will notify them of the trial offer through the mail. The only customers that will not be eligible are those customers who are currently on a SiriusXM trial or a paid subscription.

How To Enroll:

  • Sign-up your Dealership by providing an electronic signature here.
  • By enrolling in this Program, you will be authorizing Digital Motorworks Inc., (DMi) to perform the required data extract from your DMS.

What Happens Next:

  • Once your enrollment is received and your dealership is successfully activated, you will receive a Welcome Kit in the mail. The process can take 2-3 weeks.
  • Once you receive your Welcome Kit, you can immediately start activating the 90-Day Dealer Demo Service and begin informing your customers about the 3-Month trial they’ll be receiving. Your Welcome Kit will include activation instructions as well as SiriusXM brochures to place in eligible vehicles and hand out to your customers.
  • You may receive a call from Digital Motorworks Inc. during your dealership activation process should SiriusXM need additional information on your DMS.
  • There is no deadline to enroll in this program but the sooner you enroll, the sooner your satellite-equipped Pre-Owned vehicle inventory will get started on the Dealer Demo Service and your customers can begin to benefit from activations of their complimentary trials.
